THE CONTRACTOR WILL PROVIDE PROGRAMMING, BUDGET DEVELOPMENT AND EXECUTION, ACCOUNTING, ADMINISTRATIVE, AND TRAINING SUPPORT SERVICES TO DIRECT CARE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT DIVISION. THESE SERVICES SUPPORT THE DEFENSE HEALTH AGENCY (DHA) DIRECT CARE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT DIVISION IN AREAS OF FINANCIAL AND PROGRAM MANAGEMENT, INCLUDING PROGRAMMING, BUDGET DEVELOPMENT AND EXECUTION, ACCOUNTING, AND TRAINING SUPPORT.
