DARPA research project. The work is performed under DARPA’s Strategic Technology Office (STO), which seeks innovative ideas and disruptive technologies to provide the U.S. Military with increased lethality and breakthrough capabilities. STO focuses on developing and demonstrating ambitious, revolutionary mission systems, including autonomy and control algorithms, communications and networking, sensing, and non-kinetic effects, to address challenges across all operating domains. The effort emphasizes Mosaic Warfare (MW) and shaping the battlespace (STB) to counter peer competitors and expand technical possibilities.
