Government Description
The goal of the Microscale Plasma Devices (MPD) program is to design, develop, and characterize MPD technologies, circuits, and substrates. It is envisioned that both two and multi-terminal devices consisting of various architectures will be developed and optimized under the scope of this program. Envisioned mpds will consist of two and multi-terminal components that enable, circuits, substrates and controllable surfaces, for robust operation in extreme radiation and temperature environments.
