Work Performed Includes Cyber Secure Classified And Unclassified Video Teleconferencing (VTC) services, portal services, data management services, business automation services, installation of VTC equipment, portal management services, and integrated support services for current, transitioning, and future collaboration capabilities. Additional tasks involve programmatic management, operations, maintenance of equipment and systems, and transitioning software programs. Services are delivered across multiple MDA offices to support the global Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) mission.
