Aug 2016: Lockheed Martin Mission Systems and Training, Moorestown, New Jersey, is being awarded a $36,369,739 fixed-price incentive (firm target) contract for the installation, integration, and testing of Aegis Ashore equipment in a deckhouse and deckhouse support building.  Work will be performed at the Aegis Ashore site in Poland, and is expected to be completed by Dec.31, 2018.  Fiscal 2015 defense-wide procurement funds in the amount of $36,369,739 are being obligated at time of award.  This award is the result of a competitive acquisition for which one offer was received.  The Missile Defense Agency, Dahlgren, Virginia, is the contracting activity (HQ0276-16-C-0001).
