Abstract
During the proposed Phase II research and development effort, the project team will design and demonstration a target vehicle upper stage using Green liquid propellants that meets Missile Defense Agency's requirements. Full-scale rocket engine components will be fabricated and hot-fire tested. A critical design of the stage will be conducted and performance estimated. Research Objective
The goal of phase II is to continue the R&D efforts initiated in Phase I. Funding is based on the results achieved in Phase I and the scientific and technical merit and commercial potential of the project proposed in Phase II.
