Government Description
THE DEFENSE SECURITY COOPERATION AGENCY (DSCA) HAS A NEED FOR NON-PERSONAL SERVICES IN SUPPORT OF THE IRREGULAR WARFARE CENTER (IWC). PROVIDES MANAGEMENT OF THE IWC, TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AT DESIGNATED SITES, AND ENSURES AVAILABILITY OF PERSONNEL, EQUIPMENT, SUPPLIES, AND MATERIALS FOR EFFECTIVE OPERATIONS. TASKS INCLUDE DEVELOPING NOVEL APPROACHES TO IRREGULAR WARFARE, TRAINING U.S. GOVERNMENT PERSONNEL AND ALLIES ON IW ACTIVITIES, ENHANCING U.S. LETHALITY THROUGH GLOBAL NETWORKS AROUND CORE IW FUNCTIONS, COORDINATING DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE TRAINING CURRICULA RELATED TO IW, AND SERVING AS A REPOSITORY FOR IW RESOURCES. CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL MUST ALSO POSSESS APPROPRIATE SECURITY CLEARANCES AS SPECIFIED IN THE PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT.
