Platform services. This award provides secure on-site contractor support (LABOR) services for SAIC on the DISA Joint Information Service Provider (JSP) program. The JSP delivers, manages, operates, and maintains it shared services for the pentagon and select agencies and organizations in the National Capital Region (NCR), performing a wide variety of enterprise support functions to meet service requirements. Efforts include supporting a customer-focused organization, providing a central source for it services, eliminating duplicative technology across DOD components, managing costs, and evaluating new commercial alternatives for existing capabilities to achieve cost savings.
