The Children's Bureau (CB) provides states and tribes with focused and highly proficient technical resources to offer guidance and technical assistance for information technology projects related to child welfare. Includes support for all aspects of information system projects such as planning, design, development, operation and maintenance, project management, application use, and project review, as well as guidance on system architecture, data modeling, modular design, enterprise applications, data quality, and automated data exchanges. The contractor also provides contract-level management, quality management, administrative support, and purchasing support including airfare and lodging arrangements.
