Mar 2021:
The Institute of International Education, New York, New York, has been awarded a maximum $144,000,000 hybrid (time-and-materials and firm-fixed-price) contract for administration of the David L. Boren Scholarships, Fellowships, and the Language Flagship institutional awards. Work will be performed in New York, New York, with an expected completion date of March 2025. This award is the result of a sole-source acquisition. Fiscal 2021 operation and maintenance funds in the amount of $8,000,000 are being obligated at the time of award. Defense Human Resources Activity, Alexandria, Virginia, is the contracting activity (H98210-21-C-0002).
Mar 2023: Institute of International Education, New York, New York, is being awarded a $35,300,000 modification to previously awarded contract H98210-21-C-0002 to exercise Option Year 2 for services designed to attract, recruit, and train a future national security workforce through the David L. Boren National Security Education Act of 1991.
