Bsas - HR source it development support services. The contractor maintains and supports the FBI's existing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and assists with developing new system functionality, including exploring and analyzing replacement tools. Tasks include implementing and maintaining oracle peoplesoft HR applications, pega applications, drupal and react websites, AWS cloud infrastructure, and supporting security processes in compliance with federal regulations Such As Fisma and Fedramp. Additional Responsibilities Include Business Process Re-Engineering, Software Development Using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE), supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives, and ensuring all deliverables and documentation are complete and accurate. The contractor also performs fit gap analysis, as-is and to-be analysis, manages a robust change management strategy, implements and maintains technologies across multiple enclaves, provides HR enterprise implementation and deployment experience, supports large it programs requiring top secret clearances and in-office presence in Washington, dc metro and huntsville, AL, provides experience in marketing and creative digital advertising, and scales up to support new technology implementation.
