PIADC optimized facility closeout, orient point, New York. The contract supports the efficient and cost-effective close-out of the USDA Agricultural Research Service (ARS) mission at Plum Island Animal Disease Center (PIADC) by digitizing paper records, securely preserving digital files within the psisafe repository, and performing controlled destruction of physical records following required reviews and audits. The contractor will also conduct a full inventory and tracking of ARS equipment and consumables on-site. Project management services provided throughout the contract, including roles such as project manager, business analyst, records analyst, and disposition specialist.
