Government Description
IHS software engineering support services. This work includes providing full software development lifecycle services, it architecture support, system engineering, subject matter expertise, quality assurance, transition management, contract management and reporting, and innovation and data transformation for the Indian Health Service (IHS) Health Information Technology Systems and Support Investment (HITSS) Program Management Office (PMO). The contractor will support ongoing software development, architecture, and operational support for legacy electronic health record and interdependent health information technology applications and systems, working with various IHS program offices to align with it governance, project and portfolio management, system development life cycle, security integration, and software quality assurance processes. Services may be performed remotely or at IHS facilities nationwide, with 24/7/365 after-hours coverage for emergencies and compliance with HSPD-12 and sensitive HHS data security requirements.
