DOE SMALL BUSINESS INNOVATION RESEARCH AND SMALL BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER - TECHNOLOGY AND BUSINESS ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (SBIR/STTR TABA). THE DOE TABA PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO ASSESS THE COMMERCIALIZATION POTENTIAL OF DOE SBIR/STTR TECHNOLOGIES AND PROVIDE SBIR/STTR AWARDEES WITH TOOLS AND ADVICE TO IMPLEMENT A GO-TO-MARKET STRATEGY.
