DOE SMALL BUSINESS INNOVATION RESEARCH AND SMALL BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER - TECHNOLOGY AND BUSINESS ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (SBIR/STTR TABA). THE DOE TABA PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO ASSESS THE COMMERCIALIZATION POTENTIAL OF DOE SBIR/STTR TECHNOLOGIES AND PROVIDE SBIR/STTR AWARDEES WITH TOOLS AND ADVICE TO IMPLEMENT A GO-TO-MARKET STRATEGY. SERVICES PROVIDED UNDER THE TABA PROGRAM COVER AREAS SUCH AS ASSESSING SMALL BUSINESS COMMERCIALIZATION GAPS, IDENTIFYING MARKETS AND CUSTOMERS, AND HELPING AWARDEES CONNECT TO BUSINESS PARTNERS AND KEY STAKEHOLDERS.
