This contract provides for non-decision making advisory and assistance services with the capability to provide support and advocacy for Fighter Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) services at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada; Edwards AFB, California; Marine Corps Air Station, Yuma, Arizona; and OT&E Forces Headquarters, Norfolk, Virginia.
