WORK PERFORMED INCLUDES HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE PROCUREMENT, TECHNICAL REFRESHES FOR THE MISSILE WARNING CENTER KNOWLEDGE WALL, INSTALLATION AND TROUBLESHOOTING SERVICES, HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE SUPPORT AND WARRANTY RENEWALS, PROFESSIONAL AND CONSULTING SERVICES, CLEANING AND SECURITY SERVICES, AND INFRASTRUCTURE EXPANSION. ADDITIONAL EFFORTS INVOLVE SITE VISITS, SYSTEM REFRESHES, REPLACEMENT OF END-OF-LIFE EQUIPMENT, AND SUPPORT FOR INSTALLATION OF SPECIALIZED EQUIPMENT SUCH AS MANTICORE GIGAMON FOR THE SZYO TEAM.
