Government Description
PMIS Operations And Maintenance (O&M) support is provided for GSA's enterprise-wide kahua construction and project management application, Project Management Information System (PMIS), as implemented for the Public Buildings Service (PBS) utilizing the Kahua Federal Network (KFN). The scope of work includes O&M support, project management services, and tier i-ii-iii helpdesk services to assist users with technical issues. Optional tasks include targeted enhancements to improve system functionality, perfective maintenance to ensure system performance and reliability, user support tasks for training and assistance, and travel for personnel as needed. These services are intended to enhance the operational efficiency of PBS and support GSA's mission of providing high-quality management of federal real estate.
