This task order supports the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Information And Technology (OI&T), information technology financial management and oversight (ITFMOS). The contractor shall advise and assist ITFMOS with assessing, developing and implementing sustainable, integrated processes for evaluating, documenting and improving OI&T internal controls and compliance in a multi-phased approach, per the requirements of OI&T federal managers financial integrity act section II and IV, VA federal financial managers improvement act, and office of management and budget circular A-123.
