Government Description
This award is for Planning, Evaluation, And Analytics Support Services (PEASS) for the strategic planning, analysis, and requirements (SPARQ) unit. Provides full-time support to Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) office of administrative operations, performing data collection, analysis, management, interpretation, visualization, and reporting; advanced statistical analysis including predictive modeling and forecasting; and tool development and model building to enhance data-driven decision making. Additional tasks include management and business process modeling, budget and workforce planning, risk assessment and management, performance measure development, program development, research and evaluation planning, programming support (including coding in R and python, maintaining data models, developing etl workflows, and creating tableau visualizations), and establishing a Quality Control Plan (QCP) to ensure deliverables meet requirements. The contractor also responds to leadership inquiries with analyses, conducts literature reviews for analytics best practices, documents research processes, and presents findings to various audiences, with the primary place of performance at potomac center north, Washington dc, and telework authorized.
