RESEARCH AND BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYTICAL SUPPORT SERVICES TO THE OFFICE OF THE UNDER SECRETARY OF DEFENSE FOR ACQUISITION AND SUSTAINMENT (OUSD(A&S)).
