The contractor operates the OVC Technical Assistance Collective (OVC TAC) to coordinate, manage, and enhance ovc Training and Technical Assistance (TTA) efforts, serving as the hub for information on TTA offered by ovc. Includes building effective relationships among diverse TTA providers, supporting communication and collaboration among organizations, reducing duplication of TTA, maximizing the reach of ovc's TTA providers, streamlining access to TTA, and developing guidance on TTA standards. Work performed also includes supporting the renewal and use of the adobe learning manager platform to create, host, and deliver courses, facilitate user enrollment, track progress across multiple courses, provide access to course results, and ensure users access only eligible courses.
