Government Description
THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE STRATEGIC BUSINESS ADVICE AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE IN SUPPORT OF THE OBJECTIVES, STRATEGIES, AND GOALS OF THE CSP FOR CONTRACT MANAGEMENT. THIS INCLUDES DEVELOPING AN EVALUATION PROGRAM TO MONITOR CONCESSIONER PERFORMANCE, PROVIDING TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE IN RATE ADMINISTRATION, SUPPORTING ELECTRONIC ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT PROCESSING, IMPLEMENTING CSP RISK MANAGEMENT AND PUBLIC HEALTH PROGRAMS, AND ASSISTING IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROGRAM PROCEDURES, GUIDANCE, REFERENCE DOCUMENTS, AND TOOLS FOR ENVIRONMENTAL PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION. THE CONTRACTOR WILL ALSO SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT, IMPLEMENTATION, AND MONITORING OF THIRD-PARTY ENVIRONMENTAL AUDITS, INCLUDING TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR AUDIT GUIDANCE, CONDUCTING AUDITS OF CONCESSION FACILITIES, AND DEVELOPING AUDIT REPORTS. ADDITIONALLY, TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE WILL BE PROVIDED IN THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT OF NEW CONCESSION CONTRACTS.
