Test Operations And Sustainment (TOS) II will acquire test operations, technology development, equipment and facility sustainment, capital improvements, and some support services for the Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC). Includes managing calibration of Test Measurement And Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE), providing calibration services, executing capital improvement projects, supporting program management activities, performing machining and fabrication processes, and conducting chemical and material analysis. Additional tasks involve maintaining inspection documentation and certification records, developing long-range sustainment plans, implementing a continuous improvement program, administering a real property management program, and executing an effective information protection and industrial security program.
