Jun 2021: Lockheed Martin Corp., Littleton, Colorado, has been awarded a $1,010,000,000 fixed-price incentive-fee, cost‐plus‐incentive‐fee and cost-reimbursement contract for Space Based Infrared Surveillance contractor logistics support. Work will be performed on Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado; Buckley AFB, Colorado; Greeley Air National Guard Station, Colorado; and Boulder, Colorado, and is expected to be completed July 1, 2026. This award is the result of a sole-source acquisition. Fiscal 2021 operation and maintenance funds will be used with no funding being obligated at the time of award. Space and Missile Systems Center, Peterson AFB, Colorado, is the contracting activity (FA8823-21-C-0001).
