Nov 2017: CACI NSS Inc., Colorado Springs, Colorado, has been awarded a $38,600,073 fixed-price-incentive-firm modification (P00037) to a previously awarded (FA8823-16-C-0004) for consolidated Air Force satellite control network modifications, maintenance and operations.  This modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $101,262,896.  Work will be performed at Diego Garcia Tracking Station, Diego Garcia, British Indian Ocean Territory; Guam Tracking Station, U.S. Territory of Guam; Hawaii Tracking Station, Ka’ena Point, Hawaii; New Hampshire Tracking Station, New Boston Air Force Station; Thule Tracking Station, Thule Air Force Base, Greenland; Vandenberg Tracking Station, Vandenberg Air Force Base, California; Telemetry and Commanding Station, Bordon, Hants, United Kingdom; and Eastern Vehicle Checkout Facility, Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Florida, with an expected completion date of May 21, 2024.  Fiscal 2018 operations, maintenance, and sustainment funds in the amount of $17,740,189 are being obligated at time of award.  Space and Missile Center, Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado, is the contracting activity.

Sep 2022: CACI NSS Inc., Colorado Springs, Colorado, was awarded a $9,586,575 modification (P00254) to previously awarded contract FA8823-16-C-0004 for the Satellite Control Network (SCN). This contract modification provides for Phase 3 of the Air Force Satellite Control Network (AFSCN) Radio Frequency Interference (RFI) Monitoring System (ARMS) deploying to the U.S., U.S. territories, and outside the U.S. It replaces the existing Air Force Satellite Control Network Link Protection System, which is being decommissioned concurrently as the ARMS solution is deployed at each site. Work will be performed in the U.S., U.S. territories, and outside the U.S. The period of performance will be 16 months from contract award. Fiscal 2022 procurement funding in the amount of $1,124,459, Fiscal 2021 spectrum relocation funds (SRF) in the amount of $2,082,753; and fiscal 2022 SRF in the amount of $2,210,000 are being obligated at the time of modification award. May 2024: CACI NSS Inc., Colorado Springs, Colorado, has been awarded a $54,198,829 modification (P00317) to previously awarded FA8823-16-C-0004 for the Satellite Control Network. This contract modification provides a one-year extension, in quarterly intervals, to avoid a break in service while waiting for the Satellite Control Network Tracking Station Operations, Remote Site, and Mission Partner Support follow-on contract to be awarded. The extension will be exercised in quarterly increments to afford the government the flexibility to offramp to the follow-on contract upon award. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $668,642,992. Work will be performed in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and is expected to be completed by May 20, 2025. Fiscal 2024 operation and maintenance funds in the amount of $13,570,353 are being obligated at time of award. Space Systems Command, Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado, is the contracting activity.
