Apr 2026: Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., San Diego, California, has been awarded a $207,891,883 modification (P00026) to previously awarded contract FA8690-24-C-B001 for an additional year of contractor logistics support services. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $596,009,834 from $388,117,951. Work will be performed at Sacheon Air Base, Republic of Korea; Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea; Misawa Air Base, Japan; Naval Air Station Sigonella, Italy; and San Diego, California, and is expected to be completed by April 30, 2027. This contract involves Foreign Military Sales (FMS) to the Republic of Korea, the Japan Ministry of Defense, and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. FMS funds in the amount of $78,042,653 are being obligated at time of award. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity. 
  
Space Exploration Technologies Corp., Hawthorne, California, was awarded a $57,303,302 firm-fixed-price contract for the Link-182 Space-to-Space Comms System Development and Demonstrations. This contract provides for the enhancement of U.S. warfighting capability through the acquisition, development, and demonstration of resilient space capabilities for proliferated low Earth orbit. Work will be performed at Hawthorne, California, and is expected to be completed by April 30, 2027. This contract was a competitive acquisition and six offers were received. Fiscal 2026 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $57,303,302 are being obligated at time of award.
