Contractor will support new and ongoing efforts in all phases of the acquisition life cycle, and standardize systems engineering processes. Work will be performed at Los Angeles, California; and Colorado Springs, Colorado, and is expected to be complete by Oct. 30, 2022. This award is the result of a Small Business Set-Aside competitive acquisition with four offers received. Fiscal 2017 operations and maintenance; and research, development, test, and evaluation funds in the amount of $11,000,000 are being obligated at the time of award.
