Title
Node Survey & Assessment Tool (NSAT) in Support of Global Air Mobility Support System (GAMSS) Forces and Nodes
Abstract
T3W Business Solutions, Inc. (T3W) proposes the Node Survey & Assessment Tool (NSAT) to advance the Secretary of the Air Force (SECAF)'s Operational Imperative 5 (OI5) for Resilient Basing and the Agile Combat Employment (ACE) operational concept. Designed for the deployed airmen of the Global Air Mobility Support System (GAMSS) Forces, NSAT is a mobile tool that enables near-real-time monitoring and updating of the operational status of airfields / aerial ports (GAMSS nodes), and other mission-critical facilities. NSAT is a defense adaption of multiple technologies combining GIS- and geo-located facility data collection with robust cross-platform, operating system-agnostic, multi-domain command & control (C2) common operating picture (COP) capabilities. This innovation aims to support a distributed air base concept as per ACE and OI5 s Resilient Basing, providing near-real-time operational condition reporting of GAMSS nodes and an initial C2 capability for the GAMSS Forces via NSAT. Consequently, this facilitates efficient en route flight path planning and decision-making for air power warplanners, enhancing the distributed GAMSS operational nodes' resilience and efficacy, in alignment with the Air Force strategy.
Research Objective
The goal of phase I is to establish the technical merit, feasibility, and commercial potential of proposed R&D efforts and determine the quality of performance of the small business awardee organization.
