DOD Announcements

Dec 2025: Lockheed Martin Corp., Marietta, Georgia, has been awarded a ceiling $10,000,000,000 modification (P00014) to previously awarded contract (FA8625-20-D-3000) for C-130J Combined Aircraft Delivery, Development, Integration and Engineering. The contract modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $25,000,000,000 from $15,000,000,000. Work will be performed at Marietta, Georgia, and is expected to be completed by July 16, 2035. This contract involves Foreign Military Sales to Egypt, Australia, New Zealand, France, Philippines, Norway, and Germany. No funding is being obligated at the time of the award. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity. There is known congressional interest pertaining to this modification. 
 
Boeing Defense Systems, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, was awarded a $2,044,005,063 task order, for B-52 Commercial Engine Replacement Program (CERP) Post-Critical Design Review (PCDR) Development. The task order progresses the B-52 CERP program by completing system integration activities after Critical Design Review and modifying and testing two B-52 aircraft with new engines and associated subsystems. The location of performance is Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; San Antonio, Texas; Seattle, Washington; and Indianapolis, Indiana, and work is expected to be complete by May 31, 2033. This effort will be incrementally funded starting with Fiscal 2026 research, development, test, and evaluation funds in the amount of $35,774,115 being obligated at the time of award. Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, is the contracting activity (FA8628-19-D-1000/FA8107-26-F-B001).
