Nov 2014: Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Corp., Fort Worth, Texas, has been awarded a $271,815,608 firm-fixed-price modification (P00006) to previously awarded contract FA8615-12-C-6016 to provide the government of Taiwan with installation of 142 aircraft kits to upgrade their fleet of F-16 aircraft. Work will be performed in Taiwan, and is expected to be completed by May 31, 2022. This contract is 100-percent foreign military sales. This award is the result of a sole-source acquisition.
