Government Description
Repair cracks and spalling at B45811, kadena air base, okinawa, Japan. The contractor will provide all design, labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to perform repairs in accordance with the statement of work (SECTION J). Includes conducting field investigations and surveys, providing design and construction services, repairing concrete walls, beams, columns, roof, floor slab, and eaves, increasing concrete wall thickness on the east side, shoring the structure for new wall construction, replacing fire protection systems and ceilings, removing and reinstalling electrical systems as needed, applying Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) to canopy beams, painting repaired areas, demolishing components that require replacement, and disposing of waste material appropriately. Sustainable practices will be integrated into the project design and execution.
