INCLUDES DESIGN-BUILD CONSTRUCTION TO REPAIR THE MARBO BOOSTER PUMP STATION (BPS) TANK 2 AND WELLS 1 & 3 AT ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, GUAM. TASKS INVOLVE INSTALLATION OF A DUAL PUMP SYSTEM, REHABILITATION OF THE CHLORINATION CONTROL ROOM, REPLACEMENT OF WALLS, SANITARY CONNECTIONS, SCADA SYSTEMS, TANK LEAKAGE INSPECTION AND REPAIRS, REPLACEMENT OF VENTILATION PIPES AND HATCH ACCESSES, ROOF WATERPROOFING, PVC LINER INSTALLATION, AND REPLACEMENT OF CORRODED APPURTENANCES. WELL REPAIRS INCLUDE RELOCATION AND CONVERSION OF WELLS, INSTRUMENTATION AND CONTROL UPGRADES, ELECTRICAL IMPROVEMENTS, AND INSTALLATION OF A VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM WITH INTRUSION DETECTION CAPABILITIES.
