Construction addition and repair interior, BLDG 47, 328 wps, RKMF230064. Work consists of furnishing all labor, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, and equipment required for repair and minor construction of building 47, including renovation of the existing structure to construct offices, multipurpose rooms, server rooms, a conference room, a mother's room, restrooms, a utility room, and a breakroom. The project includes two additions of over 5,000 SF each, with the west addition featuring a new building entry, lobby, offices, auditorium, multipurpose room, and the south addition providing additional offices. The scope includes parking lot and landscaping repairs, asbestos and lead abatement as required, construction to meet ICD-705 physical security requirements, and installation of new power, communication, plumbing, HVAC, fire alarm and mass notification systems, fire suppression, and infrastructure to support Access Control System (ACS) and Intrusion Detection System (IDS).
