Government Description
Field engineering support of the an/ALQ-172V2 electronic system, B-52H aircraft at minot AFB, ND, and barksdale AFB, LA. This work includes providing field engineering support services for the an/ALQ-172(V)2 electronic countermeasures systems, including support for an/USM-464A countermeasures test SETS, accessory SETS, Test Program Interface Hardware (TPIH), and Test Program Set (TPS) software required for producing an/ALQ-172(V)2 electronic countermeasures line replaceable units on B-52H aircraft. Services encompass on-site proficiency training, technical guidance, and engineering services to evaluate unusual field problems and provide emergency technical advice for the an/ALQ-172(V)2 systems, with the goal of minimizing aircraft testing time and increasing mission effectiveness.
