Top Aces Corp., Mesa, Arizona, was awarded a $33,193,783 firm-fixed-price contract for F-16 instructor pilot training. This contract provides for F-16 instructor pilot training that enables partner-nation pilots to achieve independent operational capability outside of the continental U.S. Work will be performed in Argentina and is expected to be completed by June 30, 2029. This contract involves Foreign Military Sales to Argentina. This contract was a directed source acquisition. Fiscal 2026 foreign military sale funds in the amount of $22,754,462 are being obligated at time of award. The 338th Contracting Squadron, Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas, is the contracting activity (FA300226C0003).
