Government Description
60 day phase in/base (1 aug 23 - 30 sep 23) for fire protection, emergency management, emergency medical services for Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, FL. Provides fully certified, trained, and uniformed personnel to deliver Fire Protection, Emergency Management, And Emergency Medical Services (FEMS) at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station (CCSFS) 24/7, in accordance with Air Force (AF) standards, Department of Defense instruction (DODI) 6055.06, afi 32-2001, Air Force concept of operations (CONOPS) for fire prevention & consequence management, and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards. Services include overall program management, financial and resource management, planning, administration, operations, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment (except as provided by the government), as well as operation and maintenance of contractor and government-provided equipment. The contractor must ensure continuous mission-essential FEMS support, including during potential work stoppages or labor strikes, and participate in mutual aid agreements and self-assessment programs.

Chenega Security California Corp., Chantilly, Virginia, has been awarded a $61,036,754 firm-fixed-price contract for Fire Protection, Emergency Management, and Emergency Medical Services IV. This contract provides fire protection, emergency management, and emergency medical services for Cape Canaveral Space Force Station 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Work will be performed at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station and is expected to be completed by September 30, 2029. This contract was a competitive acquisition and five offers were received.
