Specialized technical and adminstrative support services to the office of health safety and security. Under this contract, the contractor will provide technical and administrative support to the office of health, safety and security in support of its mission to provide the secretary of energy and senior Department of Energy managers with an independent assessment of the effectiveness of Department of Energy policies and site performance in the areas of safeguards and security, cyber security, emergency management, environment, safety, health, and other critical functions as directed by the secretary.
