Government Description
Management and operation of the Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) facilities. Work performed includes operation, maintenance, and upgrades of petroleum storage facilities in Louisiana and Texas, including wellhead and casing maintenance, wireline services, equipment calibration, fire protection system testing, pipeline inspection and repair, sampling and analysis of crude oil, and remediation activities. Additional tasks include technical support for software, hardware, and network systems, security protection, environmental compliance, and support for emergency operations such as storm cleanup and water damage restoration. The contract also covers ongoing facility improvements, such as erosion control, HVAC assessments, and upgrades to lighting, fire protection, and monitoring systems.
