Program management of the NASA postdoctoral program 2. Provides management and administration services for the NASA Postdoctoral Program (NPP), including program-level services, website services, soliciting applicants, receiving and reviewing applications, enrolling new fellows, supporting fellows during their tenure, gathering and reporting program data, and developing performance plan and evaluation metrics. These activities support the science mission directorate’s efforts in scientific understanding and improving stem education, and may extend to other NASA centers and hosting organizations as needed.
