Includes facility operations, maintenance, repair, janitorial services, grounds-keeping, and other directly related miscellaneous services for all infrastructure, facilities, and assets at NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center (AFRC), including buildings, utilities, structures, and equipment. Tasks include work order management, asbestos and lead abatement, preventive maintenance, maintenance records keeping, maintenance and repair of buildings and structures, plumbing and pipefitting, HVAC/R maintenance, electrical equipment maintenance, generator and storage tank maintenance, fire protection systems maintenance, rcm program management, boiler systems maintenance, traffic control maintenance and repair, and annual work plan development and execution. The contract also requires reporting on lost time injuries, regulatory fines, work order completion, personnel qualifications, and safety training.
