Government Description
THE PURPOSE OF THIS REQUIREMENT IS TO ESTABLISH A TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND COORDINATION CENTER (TACC) TO PROVIDE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE (TA) TO INCREASE THE CAPACITY OF EARLY CHILDHOOD COMPREHENSIVE SYSTEMS (ECCS) PROGRAM RECIPIENTS AND ALIGNED STAKEHOLDERS. WORK PERFORMED INCLUDES PARTICIPATING IN KICKOFF AND PLANNING MEETINGS, SERVING ON A BLENDED LEADERSHIP TEAM TO INFORM THE APPROACH, STRUCTURE, AND CONTENT OF THE TACC AND TA NEEDS IDENTIFICATION AND DELIVERY METHODS, DEVELOPING AND REFINING TA PLANS AND PRODUCTS FOR ASSIGNED STATE RECIPIENTS, AND MANAGING INDIVIDUAL TA FOR ECS STATE/TERRITORIAL RECIPIENTS, INCLUDING ON-SITE VISITS AS NEEDED. ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES INCLUDE PROVIDING SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTISE FOR UNIVERSAL TA RESOURCES AND EVENTS SUCH AS WEBINARS AND COMMUNITIES OF PRACTICE, SUPPORTING RECIPIENT MEETINGS, REVIEWING AND ANALYZING RECIPIENT-SUBMITTED PRODUCTS, AND COMPLETING FEDERAL RECORDS MANAGEMENT TRAINING. THE WORK ALSO INVOLVES CONTRIBUTING TO QUALITY IMPROVEMENT PLANNING, LEADING THE DEVELOPMENT OF CQI CHANGE PACKAGES, AND PROVIDING EVALUATION SUPPORT TO ECCS RECIPIENTS.
