Government Description
The Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) resilient systems office seeks to support the procurement of data for the healthcare rewards to achieve improved outcomes for all (HEROES) program outcome toolkit. Includes providing comprehensive data variable frameworks and data management strategies, including data variables for Severe Obstetric Complications (SOC) as defined by CMS, admissions related to mental health conditions, and additional variables as specified by the HEROES program. The datasets must be linked to a de-identified unique patient ID and capture claims or health system encounters up to 60 days postpartum. The contractor will also provide data variables for atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD) and associated 10-YEAR risk scores in support of the HEROES program outcome toolkit.
