NIAID DCR FY26-27 OPERATIONAL TASK ORDER. THIS AWARD PROVIDES RESEARCH PLATFORM SUPPORT TO THE PREGUI PROGRAM AND DELIVERS ON-THE-GROUND LEADERSHIP, MANAGEMENT, AND COORDINATION OF PREVAIL’S RESEARCH OPERATIONS, ADMINISTRATION, HUMAN RESOURCES, FINANCIAL, PROGRAMMATIC, AND LOGISTICS REQUIREMENTS, WITH A FOCUS ON BUILDING LIBERIAN IN-COUNTRY CAPACITY FOR ONGOING AND FUTURE PREVAIL RESEARCH EFFORTS. IT INCLUDES GUIDANCE, EXPERTISE, AND SUPPORT SERVICES TO PALM BASE OPERATIONS TO IMPLEMENT THE PALM RESEARCH STRATEGY, MAINTAIN CORE RESEARCH INFRASTRUCTURE, AND DEVELOP CAPABILITY IN AREAS SUCH AS PROGRAM COORDINATION, SUPPLY CHAIN LOGISTICS, CLINICAL SITE MANAGEMENT, FACILITIES MANAGEMENT, TRAVEL SUPPORT, ACCOUNTING, IT MANAGEMENT, ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT, LABORATORY AND BIOSPECIMEN MANAGEMENT, AND TRANSITION/CLOSEOUT ACTIVITIES. ADDITIONALLY, THE AWARD SUPPORTS MAINTENANCE OF THE UCRC CORE CLINICAL RESEARCH INFRASTRUCTURE, INCLUDING WARM BASE CLINICAL RESEARCH CENTERS AND RESEARCH LAB FACILITIES, WITH MANAGEMENT AND COORDINATION FOR UCRC CLINICAL RESEARCH ACTIVITIES UNDER THE MANAGEMENT OF LEIDOS BIOMED.
