World trade center health program National Program Administrator (NPA). The NPA contractor provides care coordination services for World Trade Center Health Program (WTCHP) members living outside the New York Metropolitan Area (NYMA), including establishing a comprehensive member support center with a call center, scheduling member appointments, managing medical benefits, providing case management and utilization management services, and ensuring compliance with federal laws, regulations, and HHS policies related to information security, privacy, and data management.
