INCLUDES DEPLOYMENT OF A LOCALLY INSTALLED HASHING/DE-IDENTIFICATION ENGINE, A KEY MANAGER, AND A LINKAGE AGENT ACTING AS AN HONEST BROKER SERVICE (HBS) TO PERMIT DE-IDENTIFIED LINKAGE OF INDIVIDUAL PATIENT RECORDS ACROSS SYSTEMS, ORGANIZATIONS, AND SETTINGS OVER TIME. THIS SOLUTION SUPPORTS U.S. GOVERNMENT AND STLT PUBLIC HEALTH (PH) OWNERS BY ENABLING PUBLIC HEALTH MONITORING AND SITUATIONAL AWARENESS OF SARS-COV-2 VACCINATION, TESTING, AND EPIDEMIOLOGICAL SURVEILLANCE EFFORTS, WITH RECORD LINKAGE FOR UP TO 100 DATA OWNERS INCLUDING STLTS, FEDERAL AGENCIES, AND COMMERCIAL HEALTH DATA OWNERS. THE SAAS CURRENTLY CREATES UNIQUE IDS FOR VACCINATION RECORDS FROM 11 STATE JURISDICTIONS, 22 PHARMACIES, INDIAN HEALTH SERVICES, AND A DIALYSIS CENTER, LINKING OVER 325 MILLION VACCINE RECORDS REPRESENTING 152 MILLION UNIQUE INDIVIDUALS TO HEALTHVERITY PPRL-IDS, AND SUPPORTS LINKAGE ACROSS MEDICAL AND PHARMACY CLAIMS, CHARGEMASTER, EMR, AND LABORATORY DATA AT THE PATIENT LEVEL.
