Qualifying, Testing, Issuing Project (QTI). Under this award, the contractor develops and implements a comprehensive Quality Assurance Program (QAP) and a Quality Control (QC) strategy to assure the quality of health commodities procured in support of usaid-funded programs, including appropriate sampling, testing, and vetting compliant with all relevant regulations. As part of the work, services include testing of rapid diagnostic tests (RDTS) for HIV, malaria, and family planning on an as-needed basis, as well as technical consulting and reporting to support quality assurance and quality control objectives.
