Services requested include technical evaluation, survey and study support, capacity building and learning events, and in-country Third Party Monitoring (TPM) of some usaid activities in Haiti, which at times is a non-permissive environment. Includes conducting monitoring and evaluation activities, aquifer mapping assessments, and providing monitoring, evaluation, and learning support for usaid projects in Haiti. TPM is conducted for activities implemented by various implementing partners, such as the food vulnerability reduction activity in the ouest department and the mapp (multi-sectoral needs in the metropolitan area of port-au-prince) activity in the west department. Additional TPM is performed for the Haiti Agricultural University Partnership (HAUP): center for mitigation, adaptation, and resilience to climate-change in Haiti (CEMARCH) activity.
