Government Description
The contractor shall provide full food services to United States Coast Guard (USCG) base kodiak, Alaska. The contractor is responsible for providing all foodstuffs, personnel, management, supervision, materials, supplies, and other items required to deliver full food service for all authorized patrons. Tasks include dining facility management, menu development, food purchasing, preparation, serving and replenishment, maintenance of beverage bars and self-service areas, facility and equipment cleaning, cashier services, inventory and quality control, maintenance of food service equipment, and administrative services.
