DEVELOPMENT OF DIGITAL TWINS IN SUPPORT OF FRC (FAST RESPONSE CUTTER) CONDITION BASED MAINTENANCE. INCLUDES DEVELOPING DIGITAL TWINS FOR THE 154-WPC FAST RESPONSE CUTTER, FOCUSING ON PROPULSION, ELECTRICAL, AND AUXILIARY SYSTEMS. TASKS INVOLVE CREATING A FULL SHIP DIGITAL TWIN, GENERATING REPORTS SUCH AS PLAN OF ACTION AND MILESTONES, DIGITAL TWIN ASSESSMENT REPORT, VERIFICATION AND VALIDATION PLAN, USER’S GUIDE, AND PROVIDING TRAINING AND POST-DELIVERY SUPPORT. THE DIGITAL TWINS WILL BE USED FOR CBM, OPERATOR GUIDANCE, AND SYSTEM PERFORMANCE AND OPTIMIZATION ENGINEERING CHANGE PLANNING TO ENHANCE CUTTER READINESS AND REDUCE LOST PATROL DAYS.
