Government Description
The purpose of this contract is to provide armed protective services level II officers and patrol vehicle services in support of Puerto Rico declared disasters DR4339 (hurricane maria), DR4671 (hurricane fiona), DR4473 (EARTHQUAKES), and DR4850 (tropical storm ernesto). The contractor is required to provide armed protective service officers (PSOS) level II and patrol vehicle services at multiple FEMA facilities across Puerto Rico, including the Puerto Rico recovery office and consolidated resources center, national processing service center, and logistics management directorate distribution center caribbean warehouse annexes in bayamón, cayey, and ponce. Services include ensuring physical security, conducting patrols, responding to emergencies, maintaining compliance with local licensing requirements, providing necessary training and equipment for PSOS, and developing a contingency plan for unanticipated disasters. Work encompasses all municipalities of the commonwealth of Puerto Rico in accordance with the statement of work (SOW).
